If I told you that you could transform your life in just 7 weeks, would you believe me? This is your chance to find out. Starting January 27th we will spend each Monday evening working from the foundations up. Each week we will work through pranayama, energy locks, mantra, movement, stillness, bandhas, sound, song and deep state meditation to move energy through the body. Together we will bring awareness to opening up and accessing the chakras so that you can clear blockages and energy can flow freely through the body. This is how we begin to align with our life plan and access our fullest potential and state of flow with our divine life plan. Its through the awareness of the chakras that we are able to heal trauma from the body, bring loving awareness to the parts of ourselves that aren't ours and invite in everything we're seeking. We are able to let go with love and step forward with clarity and courage. You might be new on your journey and this is just the beginning or maybe you're already well on your way and would just love an opportunity to take the time to check in and set some deep rooted foundations and manifestations. Each week we get together for a 2 hour session, the sessions are 80% practice, and 20% theory. You will have access to the full series online, as well as the specific Yoga Nidra to support the integration from one chakra into to the next.
