Come together in unity and love. This session is created to capture both your own individual journeys and connect you together in a new expanded level of healing and acceptance. Say YES to thriving together. Relationships are our biggest tests and challenges, they can push us the most, yet equally arrive us in the most amount of love and safety. I feel, that in relationships where ever they might be, we will call in the person that is there to teach us something, to offer space for more self love, self awareness and love acceptance. This is the nature of relationships, we both have to be open to evolving together, or be OK with letting go, and sadly we're not taught how to fall out of love (not that we can't learn) or let go easily, but we can most certainly learn how to grow together in loving awareness and concious communication, this will help with it all. These sessions are curated to do exactly that. Bring you both together in safety, truth and authenticity. To bring you into an aligned place of togetherness, solidarity and connection. This is perfect for a couple who: - Is wanting to go on a healing journey together, - Would like to deepen their connection, - Would like to support each other as you both grow, - Are both into healing and receiving this beautiful medicine and would like to do it together, - Would like to think outside the box of "date night." - Are growing, concious and evolving, - Might have fallen away from one another and would like to reconnect, - Who are going through therapy and would like to energetically come together, - Who would like to take their healing to a new depth, - Love each other and would like to show that love, - Might be struggling to come together but would like to work on it, - Are feeling stuck, - Want to communicate better, - Want to thrive! - Are ready to arrive together on this journey. The sessions are around 2 hours long and we will involve a range of modalities to move energy as individuals and together. The sessions involve: - Deep state mediation - Visualisation - Somatic work - Breathwork - Energy and sound healing - 2 chakra clearings each - these can we different chakras so collectively you would receive 2/4 - Sound immersion - Relaxation These sessions can be booked in on Monday day times, or there are 2 Wednesday evenings and 2 Friday evenings available each month.
