Each week we come together in a mixture of immersions and workshop sessions to the weeks theme and focus. The series is life changing. We work through many different modalities in 60% practice, 40% theory to learn, delve deep and grow. The practice sets out the theme for the fortnight where the magic and inner work begins to unfold. This is both a shared group process and your own commitment journey.

The Chakra Series is a 16 week container on a journey and pathway to finding your truth and alignment. This is a transformational journey held both in person at my boutique HOME studio and ONLINE, with a tool kit to take you on a journey of self awareness, self acceptance and self actualisation. A journey inward and an expansion outward. To expand your life, align with your truth and elevate your soul. Becoming limitless with your most authentic self. A deep dive to get to see and know yourself FULLY.

The series came to me at 2am whilst laying next to a sleeping baby, which is what you NEVER want. However, here we are with an incredibly powerful and potent container now a year in with so many lives expanded and evolved.
The series grows as time passes, being its own organic living essence in synchronisation with the energy of the collective, whilst the structure of the series holds a constant framework and sacred space.

Each fortnight we delve deep into life’s happenings to become aware of and witness the feelings and sensations that arise for us. Using the Chakras as our focus and moving through different techniques of yoga, energy healing, journaling and workshopping we see all our parts and begin the process of healing and transformation.
Everything is here for you to call upon as much or as little as you need and feel.

Module 1 - Safety
Meeting our inner child and versions of self. Connect to your roots in acknowledging your past. Landing with the safety, fear and shadow.

Module 3 - Reclamation
The choices we take in who we choose to become. Seeing through the patterns, habits and actively choosing our lives.

Module 5 - Expression
The intricacies of communication on a cellular and energetic level. Acknowledging the emotions as evolutions into our expansion. The teachers for our growth.

Module 7 - Actualisation
Remembering the reasons we’re here. In this final week we LAND in what it is to be here, to be human. We come home.

Module 2 - Connection
The intimate relationship you have with yourself and therefore others and the innate wisdom of the universe.

Module 4 - Acceptance
Through the lens of loving awareness we see. We see all our parts and welcome them with care, compassion and grace. Reprogramming what we learnt love to be.

Module 6 - Supervision
Mastering the secrets of the universe. Here we tap into our highest selves and the portal of communication. In doing so we awaken manifestation and the powers we hold.

Integration
This is our closing ceremony, taking you from the knowing, through the doing and into the being. Space for a full embodiment of the last 15 weeks.

I can't actually think of anything? This is ALL inclusive, and everytime I hold the series, it gives me a little more. A constant invitation to give you what you need. If parts of it feel uncomfortable, it's just an invitation to go deeper, if you already feel "healed" and light its an opportunity to rise higher.

Integration
IDENTIFY
Awareness is the first step to expansion and growth. We have to see it, feel it and acknowledge it to know its there.

CHOOSE
Once we witness the pattern, cycle, loop, behaviour, this is when we can then catch it before it plays out.
03
CATCH
We then have the power of choice. Will that be something that continues to play out, or will we do something about it.
04
BECOME
This is the final stage, where 1 - 3 don’t feel like work anymore, this takes time and is a practice, but one day you will see where you once were and thank the journey to get you to where you are.
