Welcome to The Biomat, this is a brand of far infrared (FIR) and negative ion therapy tools, along with an amethyst crystal bed. Primarily used for relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. So it is basically a magical bed that provides balance, peace, whilst giving off infrared heat, and omitting sound, vibration and frequency. Listed below are just some of the benefits: Pain Relief: The heat is believed to penetrate deep into the body, promoting circulation and providing relief for muscle and joint pain. Relaxation and Stress Reduction: The gentle heat emitted by the Biomat may help relax the body and mind, leading to a reduction in stress and tension. What the session is about: - A guided meditation - Guided breath session to drop you in - Intention setting - 40 min session on the bed - Energy clearing with sage - Grounding Tea to close the session The Session total is around 60mins but allow about 75mins. Available for bookings Thursday - Friday from 9am - 2pm.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Love, Life, Magic and HOME studio. Please note that once you have booked an appointment or class with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you or space in the class with limited capacity. I understand life can sometimes get in the way, so If you have to cancel or reschedule, to avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me at sasha@lovelifemagic.co.uk, or texting 02040226400. Sadly if your booking is less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of half the service rate.
