EMPOWERED MAMA program brought to you by Mindful mama & Lit Lagree 

 

This is the ultimate postnatal mama care package ALL FOR YOU! An 11 week program set up to give you everything you need to build strength, come back to yourself and find sanity! Pre birth everything is all about mama, pregnancy and birth, post birth everything is all about baby! Well mama, this is ALL FOR YOU!

We are mamas and know how it is, we have also both done the weekly meets and are always gutted when bubs nap doesn't align, or ANYTHING that can get in the way meaning another week goes by before you get that needed connection and check in. This is why EMPOWERED MAMA is bringing you 2 classes a week. One for the warrior in you and one for the goddess.

 

Each week with a small intimate group we will have 1 yoga session and 1 full body workout lagree fitness session, with an added bonus week for any missed classes through the term. On top of that, if you fancy 2 yoga sessions, or 2 lagree sessions in one week, you might be able to swap with another member of the term. It's a mama win WIN! And we really have to take those little wins when we get them. Each term is maxed out at 10 mamas with each session is only 5 mamas, meaning more personalized and tailored training and practice. 


The ideal time to join our EMPOWERED MAMA program is 3 months postpartum and ideally before baby is crawling (this is only for your benefit, so please reach out if they're on the move and it works for you.), this gives enough time for your body to settle post birth to slowly begin to cultivate strength and power. However wherever you are on your motherhood journey, please don't be afraid to get involved, or if you're worried it doesn't fit, get in touch.

YOGA WITH SASH.

I've been teaching yoga for 6 years now, teaching across the board from ashtanga, flow, to yin and meditation. During my pregnancy yoga was a beautiful way for me to come back to my body, empower my mind and cultivate a loving relationship with myself and my beautiful baby. 

Post pregnancy my yoga journey was very different, finding time for the mat and myself was challenging, however, when I would make it to the mat it felt incredible! It gave me space to come back to my heart, my body and all its divine wisdom, patience and strength. Its because of all the above I am able to show up as the best mum that I can for my beautiful baby Bea. 

Each week we will grow through flexibility, strength, mobility and power of all the body, mind and soul. You might be a beginner or an experienced yogi, we will evolve together. Remember mama, this is all for you.

Lagree Fitness is a HIGH intensity, LOW impact workout - targeted at improving you cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength and health, with little to no impact on your joints and connective tissues.

What does that mean? You will burn massive calories (up to 600 per class), you won't leave in pain (just lots of the good sore stuff), and you will see massive shifts and improvements in your body - both internally and externally.
